Refund and Returns Policy for Gift Vouchers

Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies exclusively to gift vouchers purchased from 2 Many Wines. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, they cannot be redeemed or extended.

Usage
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at our locations in York:

• 3 Bishopthorpe Rd, York YO23 1NA, UK.

They may be used to purchase products or services offered by 2 Many Wines but cannot be used to buy other gift vouchers.
